Self-defence workshops, for the wider queer community and the transfeminine community

On 24 June, as part of the programming for the exhibition “god forbid you draw attention to yourself”, we are hosting two self-defence workshops, for the wider queer community and the transfeminine community, guided by Marianne Craanen. There will be a 30 minute break between the workshops.
The classes will take place in the main building of Gemaal op Zuid,
Pretorialaan 141, 3072 EL Rotterdam

Schedule:
12.00 - 13.00 - 1st workshop (wider queer community)
[30 mins break]

13.30 - 14.30 - 2nd workshop (trans feminine community)


Accessibility:

The building of Gemaal Op Zuid is wheelchair accessible, but the toilets are located on a lower floor in the main building. Unfortunately, these are not wheelchair accessible. A public accessible toilet opposite the building can be used.

There are chairs, benches and cushions available to sit on.
